Krótki opis szkolenia:
The course aims to provide a general overview of the changes that the Rome I Regulation (EC No 593/2008) and Rome II Regulation (EC No 864/2007) have brought into the Estonian and harmonized European private international law, i.e., their effect on the choice of law principles used to determine the applicable law in contractual and non-contractual obligations. During the training course the participating judges are familiarized with the structure and contents of the said regulations. In addition, problems of compatibility of the European rules with the Estonian domestic law will be analyzed and possible characterization problems identified.

Krótki opis szkolenia:
The courses offered to members of the EJTN will be part of our ‘Judicial Academy’. The Academy is a three-day seminar which offers around 100 judges the opportunity to follow a variety of courses. It consists of 6 modules – 2 each day – and we offer the judges a selection between 3 courses pr. module.
The EJTN members will be offered 4 three-hour courses in EU law on the first 2 days of the Academy, e.g. on 30 April we would offer one course in EU law in the morning and one in the afternoon – the same on 1 May 2012.

Krótki opis szkolenia:
The incorporation of considerations regarding the minority status of certain applicants for international protection under the EU’s Common European Asylum System is a matter of great practical relevance. The minority characteristics of these applicants are often determinative during the initial stages of the asylum process as well as at first and subsequent judicial instances. For example, the need to be cognisant of the minority background of an applicant in making a determination of the need of protection is crucial within the context of a fair and efficient regime for processing asylum claims. This seminar will analyse the current state of EU legislation on the incorporation of minorities into the asylum application process. It will also reflect on the reform efforts of the main legislation in this area.

• Minority status: Determination of ethnic minorities and the limits of EU anti-discrimination law
• Gender: asylum status determinations; gender specific harm and the limits of the Qualification Directive;
• The role of trafficking with respect to gender-specific asylum applications

The Summer School of Legal English will focus on training specific legal terminology used in the area of International and European Cooperation in Civil Matters. It is designed for participants with at least intermediate level of general English and with basic knowledge of English civil law terminology.
The impact will be given on training language skills and on deepening knowledge of specific civil law terminology in a comparative perspective.

The seminar is opened to judges specialised in criminal matters and to public prosecutors.
During the seminar the participants will be working with the key criminal law terminology provided for by EU Treaties and EU law secondary legislation trough several legal and language exercises conducted by legal experts and linguists.

Krótki opis szkolenia:
Civil, criminal and administrative liability for environmental offences; lack of administrative decisions in the field of environmental law in coherence with specific criminal legislation, which demands fulfilling with administrative decisions, according to Supreme Court ruling; EU legislation on environmental issues; jurisprudence of national and EU Court of Justice.

Zasady finansowania:

Transport:
Zwrot kosztów transportu przez EJTN/REFJ do kwoty 400 EUR na podstawie przedłożonego oryginału faktury, biletów lotniczych oraz kart pokładowych.

Wyżywienie, zakwaterowanie, przejazdy lokalne:
EJTN/REFJ wypłaca per diem w kwocie zależnej od państwa organizującego szkolenie na pokrycie kosztów wyżywienia, zakwaterowania i przejazdów lokalnych.
Uczestnicy są zobowiązani do samodzielnego zorganizowania sobie podróży i dokonania rezerwacji hotelu.
KSSiP nie pokrywa kosztów ubezpieczenia uczestników szkolenia.

Kryteria brane pod uwagę podczas rekrutacji:

1. motywacja;
2. znajomość danego języka obcego;
3. powiązanie problematyki szkolenia z zakresem wykonywanych obowiązków;
4. udział w szkoleniach zagranicznych w latach poprzednich – pierwszeństwo mają osoby, które nie uczestniczyły lub uczestniczyły sporadycznie w szkoleniach zagranicznych;

5. Wszystkie załączniki należy opisać imieniem i nazwiskiem;
6. W związku z tym, iż rekrutacja prowadzona jest wyłącznie drogą elektroniczną podanie adresu mailowego w formularzu zgłoszeniowym jest obowiązkowe;
7. Przesłanie formularzy zgłoszeniowych nie jest równoznaczne z zakwalifikowaniem się na szkolenie;
8. Po przeprowadzeniu rekrutacji Dział Współpracy Międzynarodowej KSSiP poinformuje uczestnika najpóźniej do dnia 12 lutego 2012 r. o zakwalifikowaniu i przekaże dodatkowe dokumenty dotyczące szkolenia. Nieuzyskanie żadnej informacji z KSSiP w powyższym terminie jest równoznaczne z niezakwalifikowaniem się na szkolenie;
9. Uczestnik jest zobowiązany do przedłożenia zgody przełożonego na udział w szkoleniu w ciągu 3 dni od otrzymania z KSSiP informacji o zakwalifikowaniu.
