SUMMARY:

The previous issue of the Quarterly of the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution contained the first part of the article, concerning the issue of apparent transactions. It specified the basis for managing such operational and investigative actions, a discussion concerning the way to implement it and the related risks, with the focus put basically on issues that arise before the collected materials are forwarded to judicial proceedings. This article covers the issues related to the provision for criminal trials of documentation collected during the execution of apparent transactions, areas to be reviewed, procedural “processing” of the materials as well as assessment of the effects of shortcomings that may arise during the management, execution of special operations and subsequent transposition of the results to the trial.
