SUMMARY:
The article is devoted to one of the methods of conducting classes during the judicial initial training at the National School of the Judiciary and Public Prosecution, namely working with court files and pre-trial proceedings files (type B classes). The subject of the article is related to broadly understood didactics and teaching during the judicial initial training. The article discusses in detail the issue of proper selection of files for the classes, as well as the proper preparation of lecturers and judicial trainees before the start of the classes. However, the main emphasis is placed on presenting the proper course of classes, the methodology of conducting classes and the measures that facilitate more active participation of trainees in the classes. The article also explains how training materials (guidelines) should be prepared, what they should contain and whether they can be shared afterwards. In addition, it comprehensively indicates the skills that judicial trainees should acquire after the classes considering the future work as a judge.
